4. Prices
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed separately during checkout.
- If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order before dispatch. You will be notified and refunded in full.
- Delivery costs, where applicable, are payable by you and confirmed at checkout.
- Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined. For bundle offers, discount codes are not applicable.
5. Payment
- Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
- Payment must be made in the currency shown on your invoice.
- Orders will only be processed once your payment has been authorised. If your payment is declined, your order will not be fulfilled. We may verify the identity of the cardholder before processing.
6. Delivery
- Products are delivered to the address specified during checkout. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders.
- Delivery dates are estimates only. Ace Vitals is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. In cases of stock unavailability, you will be notified by email with an updated delivery estimate (maximum 30 days from order confirmation).
- Ownership and risk transfer to you once the products are delivered.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- You may return eligible products and receive a refund under our Money Back Guarantee (details available on our Website). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds include the product value only (not original shipping).
- For bundle offers, all bundled products must be returned together to qualify for a refund.

- Products must be returned in their original condition, safely and securely packaged.
8. Warranty
