Delivery Information
At Ace Vitals, we aim to dispatch your orders quickly and reliably so you can continue fueling your fitness without delay.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
- Standard Shipping: Starts from £5.95.
- FREE Shipping: Automatically applied on qualifying orders over £75.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday and typically delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday (subject to bank holidays).

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress in real time.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Ace Vitals experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is faulty or incorrect).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@acevitals.co.uk
with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
